Your order will be discreetly and securely packaged in an appropriate sized plain Jiffy envelope.

For maximum discretion your credit card statement will bare no reference to our company or the items you have purchased.

All orders placed before 14.30 Mon-Fri, will be dispatched on the same day, (UK Time). Orders placed after 14.30 will be sent on the next working day.

Before submitting your order please ensure that your delivery address is correct, it is your responsibility to enter the full and exact delivery address, we cannot be held responsible for non delivery if the address has been entered incorrectly.

Orders under £75 are sent by FREE 1st class delivery (Insurance is NOT available with FREE 1st class). Fully Insured Next Day Guaranteed Delivery is available at a premium of £5 (Next day is only guaranteed if ordered before 14.30 Mon-Fri)

Orders over £75 are sent by FREE Next Day Guaranteed Delivery. Full insurance is available with this service. (Next day is only guaranteed if ordered before 14.30 Mon-Fri)

Next Day Guaranteed Delivery You will receive your tracking number with a link to royal mail so you can track your order. Before emailing us regarding non delivery please ensure that you have checked the tracking at royal mail first.

1st class orders should be received within 72 hours but we cannot contact royal mail regarding non delivery until at least 7 days after the date of posting.

Please Note : We now only use Royal Mail Next Day Guaranteed (Special Delivery) and Royal Mail Standard 1st Class. Due to our customers feedback Royal Mails Recorded delivery is no longer available.

OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS

Please ensure that you are allowed to have our products delivered to you by post in your country, we are not responsible if you are not allowed to have your order or you are asked to pay extra duty by border customs, we will not be able to it returned to us by customs from any country.

The cost of shipping to all countries outside of the UK is a flat rate £6.00 regardless of amount of purchase, you will be sent your tracking number with your dispatch confirmation email.

EU orders should be received within 5 - 7 days after we receive payment , but can sometimes take up to 21 days depending on the postal service in your country.
